Role summary

Support product discovery, user research, data analysis and delivery planning across multidisciplinary teams. This is an entry-level role where equivalent practical experience, transferable skills and learning ability should be considered alongside direct product experience.

Key responsibilities

Analyse user feedback, support tickets and simple product metrics to identify themes
Help prepare discovery notes, user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritisation inputs
Maintain lightweight dashboards and weekly product performance packs
Support stakeholder workshops by organising evidence, actions and decisions
Work with product managers, designers, engineers and operations teams to clarify problems
Document assumptions, risks and open questions before delivery decisions are made

Required

Analytical thinking and curiosity about user problems
Excel, spreadsheet or basic data analysis skills
Clear written and stakeholder communication
Attention to detail when organising evidence and requirements
Ability to learn product tools and digital delivery concepts
Ability to compare evidence from different sources
Basic understanding of digital products or service improvement

Preferred, not required

1-2 years in product, business analysis, operations, customer support, project delivery or service improvement
Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Miro, Figma, Power BI, Looker or similar tools
Experience using customer feedback, support data or performance metrics
Experience writing user stories, process notes, research summaries or dashboards
Degree or equivalent practical experience
